As the end of January gets closer we’re getting closer to the start of the new school year. We’ve put together a list of all starting dates for the three schools in Dimboola.

Dimboola Memorial Secondary College
Monday 28th January – Australia Day Public Holiday
Tuesday 29th January – Staff Return and Office Opens
Wednesday 30th January – Year 7, 11 and 12 Students Commence
Thursday 31st January – ALL Students Attend, including VCAL

The school said that the staggered start to the year will provide the Year 7s with a settling in day, when they will be assisted with organisational matters and school familiarisation, as well as pastoral care activities run in conjunction with the senior students.

VCE and VCAL classes will also use part of their first day to attend to administrative matters and will have sessions on study habits and expectations of the senior school.
