First Total Fire Ban for the season
The first Total Fire Ban of the season has been declared ahead of forecast high temperatures and gusty winds for the north of the state tomorrow, in the MALLEE fire ban district.

The Wimmera district is forecast to experience very high fire danger.

Tomorrow, Thursday 24 October 2019 has been declared a day of Total Fire Ban in the Mallee district of Victoria.

No fires can be lit or be allowed to remain alight in the open air from 12:01 am on Thursday, 24 October 2019 until 11:59 pm Thursday, 24 October 2019.
