Hindmarsh Shire Council, in association with Small Business Victoria, is hosting a Cash Flow workshop for small business owners and managers in Dimboola later this month.

The "Keep the Cash Flowing' workshop will provide fundamental tools on how to collect cash, manage stock and improve debt collection from customers. The workshop will also cover topics such as managing suppliers and optimising marketing using cash flow.

Hindmarsh Shire Council Mayor Debra Nelson said that these workshops are a great resource for small businesses.

"These workshops have been successful across the Shire and are a great resource for our local businesses.

"Cash flow is a vital component of running a successful business and with expert presenters provided by Small Business Victoria, these workshops are a fantastic opportunity for all small business owners across the shire".

The workshop will be held on Wednesday 31 May at the Dimboola Community Centre from 7pm - 9pm. Bookings are essential for the workshop to go proceed.
