Notice Pursuant to Section 181 (5)(b) Local Government Act 1989

TAKE NOTICE the HINDMARSH SHIRE COUNCIL of 92 Nelson Street, Nhill, Victoria in accordance with Section 181 of the Local Government Act 1989 intends on or after the 29th day of July 2022 to conduct the sale of or transfer to itself of ALL THAT piece of land being Lot 1 on Plan of Subdivision 076980 being the land more particularly described in Certificate of Title Volume 9010 Folio 305 situate at and known as 70 Charles Street, Jeparit, Victoria the registered owner DELTAFORCE PTY LTD ACN 006 729 077 and its successor the AUSTRALIAN SECURITIES & INVESTMENTS COMMISSION acting pursuant to s.601 AD (2) of the Corporations Act 2001 having failed for a period in excess of 3 years to have paid the rates or charges in respect of same, having further failed to pay such arrears or charges pursuant to Orders of the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria at Horsham made on the 20th day of September 2021 requiring payment of such arrears of rates or charges or part thereof.
