Despite the threat of some unpleasant weather, Dimboola’s second Christmas in July was a success.

A significant crowd enjoyed the market stalls, local businesses and food vendors who attended.

There was some very wintry weather earlier in the day, but the rain disappeared just before the start time of 5 pm, and the wind eased off, creating ideal, albeit cold, conditions for people to enjoy the late shopping, markets and catering.

The fire pit (pictured) and mulled wine proved popular to combat the cool temperature.

The Dimboola and Nhill SES provided the equipment to light up Tower Park for the evening, allowing people to enjoy the space into the evening.
